Brookline’s eCast Marketing software is a customer communication and promotion
application that can be configured to transmit email or printed messages for
multiple purposes. eCast can be configured to trigger pre-defined and formatted
email messages to your customers upon order placement and shipment (and many
other system events), as well as periodic shipment status messages, for new
product promotion messages, or for up-sell or cross-sell promotional messages.
Additional features include the following:
|
|
|
Easy to use, wizard driven set up tools designed for non-technical users in all
departments (such as marketing, customer service, management, accounting, etc.)
Create, edit and manage email and letter correspondence to customers triggered
by predefined events in the application. Utilize eCast’s word processing tools
or cut and paste documents or forms from 3rd party word processing applications
such as Microsoft Word. Retrieve past email campaign configurations for easy
recall and activation with start and stop date option.
|
eCast provides a text editor and an HTML editor to create messages and insert
graphics and images. eCast is also linked to Brookline’s Fulfillment system
relational database from which data (such as customer name, product name, order
date, shipment date, shipment tracking number, etc.) may be inserted and merged
into the message.
|
Create, edit and manage email broadcasting or narrowcasting campaigns scheduled
for daily, weekly, monthly or yearly transmissions. Filter transmissions to
specific customers by individual parameters, or other database parameters, such
as demographic data. Email campaigns can be scheduled for future transmission
periods.
|
Create, edit and manage email messages based on application events such as:
order confirmation or release for shipment event, an order cancellation,
billing processing event, plus many other events occurring within the Brookline
Fulfillment software applications.
|
For recipients who do not have email, eCast can generate letters in Microsoft
Word which can be queued up for mass mail processing.
