eCast™ Marketing Application

The ability to provide your Distributors with relevant and timely communication is critical to maintaining the vitality and enthusiasm of your sales organization. This communication should alert your field to important business building events, such as downline advancements, new enrollments, canceled orders, customer service issues, etc., and it should do all this in real time. It should also provide your field with important announcements, volumes and qualification updates, and other information that will foster the cohesion and advancement of your Distributors.

Brookline’s eCast Marketing software is a field communication application that can be configured to transmit event-driven email messages. eCast can be set up to trigger pre-defined and formatted email messages to Distributors upon order placement and shipment; as well as periodic volume, qualification, and commission updates and company newsletters. Additional features include the following.

Email Editor

eCast provides a text editor to create messages or an HTML editor to create messages and insert graphics and images. eCast is also linked to Brookline’s Network Marketing system database from which fields and functions (such as downline queries) may be inserted and merged into the message.

Email Campaigns

Easy to use, wizard driven set up tools designed for non-technical users in all departments (such as sales, customer service, management, accounting, etc.) Create, edit and manage email and letter correspondence to Distributors and customers triggered by predefined events in the application. Utilize eCast’s word processing tools or cut and paste documents or forms from 3rd party word processing applications such as Microsoft Word. Retrieve past email campaign configurations for easy recall and activation with start and stop date option.

Scheduled Messages

Create, edit and manage email broadcasting or narrowcasting campaigns scheduled for daily, monthly or yearly transmissions. Filter transmissions to Distributors and customers by individual, individual parameters, or other database parameters. Email campaigns can be scheduled for future transmission periods.

Event-Driven Messages

Create, edit and manage email communications based on application events; such as an enrollment confirmation, an order confirmation or release for shipment, an order cancellation, a commission plan advancement, and numerous other events occurring in the Brookline Network Marketing software monitored by eCast.

Data-Merge

Each email message or printed document may contain merged information from the system database, such as name, phone number(s), advancement rank, commission amount, order information (order number, date, items, amounts, etc.), current date, and much more.

Printed Correspondence

For recipients who do not have email, eCast can generate letters in Microsoft Word which can be mailed physically.
