successful implementation of Momentum. These services are categorized into four
areas, which include:

Consulting services to ensure that the project fundamentals - contacts,
roles, protocol, etc. - between Brookline and the client are clearly defined
and established.

Implementation services to define the project objectives, critical path,
and project plan, and to execute the plan correctly and within the project
timeline.

Training services to transfer system knowledge to the different client
personnel necessary to effectively use the system once it is deployed.

Support services to provide ongoing assistance and guidance in using and
maintaining the system.
The essential responsibility of Professional Services is to ensure accurate and
timely communication with the client on all issues that effect the
effectiveness and value of each Momentum application.
