Brookline is fiercely committed to providing every client quick response and
resolution to application and technical support requests. Each client is
assigned a Brookline Account Manager who provides ongoing application
support for client users, administrators, and managers. A Technical Account
Manager is also available to support the client’s system and database
administrator.
Support is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and may be accessed by
phone or email. An Account Manager is also available to each client 24 hours a
day by mobile phone.
Most support issues are addressed during the original contact or very shortly
thereafter. More challenging issues are escalated to other Professional
Services personnel or software developers.
